MoiraCONNELL (THURSO & DORNOCH)After a long battle courageously fought, surrounded by her loving family, sadly and with heavy hearts we said our last goodbyes, on Saturday 8th February 2025, aged 84 years.

Beloved wife of the late Alex (Muir), loving Mum of Mhairi and Ewen, devoted Granny of David, Ruth and Michael, loved Aunt, cousin and an amazing friend to many.

A private service will be held at Moira’s request.

In loving memory of Moira, a donation, if desired, can be made at the service or online for Cancer Research UK.

Moria, or as I best knew her as Mhairi and Ewens mum, was a beautiful, kind, caring lady who always welcomed you with open arms and a beautiful smile. She was a very good neighbour to my family in Thurso. Thinking of you Mhairi and Ewen and your families and sending you all our love and deepest sympathy.
